Welcome to Luster Wisp. These Terms of Service govern your use of lusterwisp.com and purchases made through our online store.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, where required, will be shown during checkout.

We may correct genuine pricing or typographical errors. If an obvious pricing error affects an order before acceptance, we may contact you to give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products selected. An automated order confirmation means we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment authorization failure, an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, you will normally receive an email confirmation containing relevant order information. Please review it carefully.

If you notice an error in your order or delivery address, contact support@lusterwisp.com as soon as possible.

7. PAYMENT

You agree to provide accurate, current, and authorized payment information. Payments may be processed through Shopify or third-party payment providers.

We do not guarantee acceptance of any particular payment method.

8. SHIPPING

Luster Wisp ships to United States addresses only. Standard shipping estimates are:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping after dispatch: 4–6 business days.

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from order placement.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Standard shipping costs $5.99 for orders of $50.00 or less and is free for orders over $50.00. The qualifying order value is the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

9. SHIPPING DELAYS

We intend to ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website and to have a reasonable basis for the shipping time we advertise.

If we become unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and, where required, give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund. If the consent required by applicable law is not obtained, we will cancel the affected order and provide a prompt refund.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request cancellation before your order has shipped. Contact support@lusterwisp.com as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled as an unshipped order, but you may request a return after delivery under our Refund and Return Policy. Further details are in our Cancellation Policy.

11. RETURNS

Luster Wisp offers a 30-day return period after delivery. The return request must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label, and customers are not charged a return shipping fee for eligible returns. Further details are available in our Refund and Return Policy.

12. REFUNDS

Once your returned product is received and approved, Luster Wisp will issue the applicable refund within 10 business days. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued. Refunds for canceled or unshipped orders are handled under our Cancellation Policy and applicable legal timeframes.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, branding, graphics, text, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Luster Wisp.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization except where permitted by law.

14. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it, that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, that it does not violate another person’s rights, and that it does not contain illegal or malicious material.
